MEMBERSHIP

In the interests of supporting the wider community and ensuring the greatest possible reach, we do allow non-members to make use of some of our facilities.  However, becoming a member of the club means becoming part of a supportive community with full access to some exceptional facilities:

In addition, members have voting rights.  We are a not-for-profit club with a professional management team, but ultimately controlled by the members through the board and the various committees.  Members vote at general meetings for the members of these bodies and on other matters.

If you make more than very occasional use of the club we do encourage you to become a member.

Types of Membership

A number of membership types are available, shown in the table below.  For most membership categories, you can choose between making an annual payment by bank transfer or debit or credit card or paying monthly by direct debit on the 1st of each month, with a minimum commitment on joining of three months.

How to Join

Joining the club is easy.  This is all you need to do:

  1. Complete our online membership application form, selecting the membership type you are applying for and whether you will be paying monthly or annually.
  2. If applying for an age-specific category, visit the club and show proof of your date of birth to one of our reception staff.  Acceptable forms of proof include, passport, driver’s license and birth certificate.
  3. If paying monthly please print and complete the direct debit bank mandate form and either bring to the club or email a scanned copy.  Alternatively reception has copies of the form that you can fill in when you visit the club.
  4. If paying annually make payment by bank transfer or debit/credit card.  Our reception staff can provide details of how to do this.
