WE WELCOME EVERYONE, OF ALL SKILL LEVELS
From casual exercise to tournament level squash, Wimbledon Racquets offers a fantastic environment in which to play, improve and compete.
We have great fun and a real spirit of good sportsmanship.
In addition to the excellent players facilities, the club also has a full bar and restaurant in which to relax and replenish yourself after a hard game.
ADULT SQUASH SESSIONS
No need to pre-book just turn up on the day.
Beginners session every Sunday evening 4.30pm – 5:30pm
Improvers session every Sunday evening 5.30pm – 7.00pm
We also run a team training session from 7.00pm – 9.00pm on Sundays.
Members can book squash courts online up to 2 weeks in advance.

AS A NEW MEMBER, HOW DO I FIND PLAYING PARTNERS OF THE SAME ABILITY AS ME?
Thanks for asking this one, we get this a lot (!) the club staff, badminton and squash coaches are very skilled at finding the right level for you at the club, initially we suggest coming to the Beginners and Improver’s sessions on Sunday evening (Badminton 5-7pm & Squash from 4.30pm). If you can’t make Sundays then there are other sessions you can come to as a non member – just ask any member of staff.
CAN I TRY OUT THE CLUB FIRST BEFORE I DECIDE TO JOIN?
Yes, you can attend any one of the weekly badminton or squash sessions as a non member to get a feel for the place, meet the coaches and find out about how the club can suit your needs.
Unfortunately, mainly due to safety issues, we do not allow non members access to the gym. All new members must complete a gym induction and complete a pre-exercise questionnaire. Thanks for your understanding.
HOW MUCH IS MEMBERSHIP?
The club has a range of flexible membership options to suit you.
Our most popular full adult membership is £37.00 a month with no time period contract.
Junior membership is £125 per year.
Initial joining fees apply.

CAN I PLAY SQUASH OR BADMINTON AT THE CLUB AS A NON MEMBER?
Yes, you can play at certain club sessions.
For squash, non members can attend Sunday beginners 4.30pm – 5.30pm
Intermediates 5.30pm – 7pm. £10 per session for non members.
There are other sessions at other times…please contact us for details.
Non members can attend the club up to 3 times as a visitor after which time they should be looking to join…contact the club for details.
EQUIPMENT AND CLOTHING.
You should wear comfortable clothing, and indoor non-marking sports shoes are required to prevent the courts from being damaged.
Balls are available for purchase at reception, if required.
Racquets are available through the club shop, along with the essentials if you forget anything!

SQUASH INFORMATION
Coaching sessions are inclusive of court fees.
Members get a 20% discount when purchasing a court voucher for court bookings (available at reception) Courts can be booked either in person, on the phone, or via the web. Current Court fees are £6.80 or £3.40 per player.
After three visits we encourage players to join the club; membership is £410 per annum or £38.00 a month which includes advance booking rights.

CLUB LEAGUES
The majority of competitive squash at the club is played in the internal Squash Leagues.
To sign up for the next series of squash leagues, please contact club reception on 020 8947 5806, or send an email to be added to the sign up list.
You need to be a member of the club to join the leagues.

Non-members are very welcome to purchase squash lessons. Lesson & court fees must be paid upfront. First lesson no guest fee.

One of the highlights of squash at Wimbledon is the strength and depth of the club’s teams.
We enter strong mens teams in the Surrey winter and summer leagues, and are always on the lookout for talented players.
