The 2018 Club Championships start on Tuesday 24th April and, this year, Finals Day will be on Saturday 12th May.
The entry forms are now available for you, as follows:-
‘Paper’ entry form (attached herewith) which you can download yourself, or collect a copy from Reception. Entry fees to be paid at the time of submitting your form.
