GYM, HEALTH & FITNESS
Conveniently located and with free members parking, Wimbledon Racquets & Fitness Club provides a fully equipped Gym, changing facilities, as well as a Sauna & full bar for refreshments after a hard workout.
MEMBERSHIP ENTITLES YOU TO FULL USE OF THE GYM AND ALL FITNESS/EXERCISE EQUIPMENT.
The minimum age for “young adult” gym membership is 16.
We ask that you complete an induction and health check before joining.
School use of the gym during term time.
Please note that the gym floor may be busy with school use between the following times:
Wednesday’s 2:45pm-3:45pm & Thursday’s 2:45pm-3:45pm
PERSONAL TRAINING
In addition to the club’s fitness instructors, Wimbledon Racquets & Fitness Club has developed relationships with a small number of local personal trainers who offer their services and advice to members.
For more info on Personal Training please speak to one of our staff, or feel free to contact someone from our list of approved personal trainers.
Circuit training every Tuesday 12:30 – 1:30pm
Sunday Racquets Fitness every Sunday 11:00 – 12:00pm
