Exercise Classes

Unfortunately the club does not have a dedicated exercise studio, however we do offer the following classes to all members and non members:

Tuesdays 12.30 - 1.30pm - Circuit Training in the badminton Hall (old school circuits with Ian, not for the faint hearted!) £3 each

Saturdays 9.45am 10.45am - Legs, Tums & Bums on squash court 4 with Charlotte, £4 each - see poster below.
