Racketball!
Friday mornings from 1030 - 12.00
Racketball is based on squash, handball and paddleball - the ball is bigger than a squash ball and bounces more. It's a great introduction for playing on the court but also an opportunity for previous squash players to get back on the court!
Come down and try it out - men and women of all ages will be able to experience a fun, enjoyable workout.
