WRFC OFFERS THE BEST JUNIOR COACHING PROGRAMMES IN THE REGION

Accredited by Badminton England as a Performance Centre, and our excellent levels of coaching and superb facilities means that we’re able to offer one of the best Junior Badminton coaching programmes in the region, if not all of the UK.

The club’s team of professional coaches are headed up by Ben Beckman, the WRFC club head professional, all of whom are fully qualified, CRB checked and insured to BE standards.

They have a real passion for badminton, making them inspirational role models for our Junior players!

The coaching programmes are organised into 3 groups: Raw, Developing and Emerging. We have Performance Centre/Elite sessions during the week on a invitation basis only. Please contact ben@wimbledonclub.co.uk for more information.

Thanks for asking this one, we get this a lot (!) the club staff, badminton and squash coaches are very skilled at finding the right level for you at the club, initially we suggest coming to the Beginners and Improver’s sessions on Sunday evening (Badminton 5-7pm & Squash from 4.30pm). If you can’t make Sundays then there are other sessions you can come to as a non member – just ask any member of staff.
